The Meditation Loop
Fight mobs → whisper prompt → meditate (L) → inner world trial → repeat. Sleeping during meditation means insufficient EXP or wrong level gate — farm more combat first.
Screen darkens with 'Find me' during active combat windows. Missing whispers stalls Shikai/Res/Schrift progress even if your level keeps climbing.

Level Gates by Race
All races: Lv25 opens basic meditation and power XP track.
Shinigami: white-screen teleport to Shikai world after ~15–20 meditations; bell riddles (Echo, Promise, Future).
Hollow: red eyes in inner world; Vastolorde spawn in overworld after early whispers. Res boss is parry-heavy three-phase fight.
Quincy: trainer quests replace pure meditation early — Sanrei Glove before Securis gate.
Troubleshooting
'Come back later' = not enough meditation EXP or level too low.
Empty inner world on entry = meditate more before returning; relog if desynced 20+ minutes.
Use fast multi-hit weapons to farm whisper EXP efficiently between meditation sessions.
