Best Farming Spots

Main quest XP alone will not carry you to level cap. Every hub has side quests, repeatables, and mission tickets — clear them before locking into a single mob camp.

Hold C for objectives, Tab for quest log, U for world teleport. Completing quests unlocks more quests, crafting recipes, and zone gates.

This page lists supplemental farms once your quest log is caught up — not replacements for story progression.

Route: Fort Adams tutorial → Soul Society Outskirts → Nebukai Village hub. Hollow spawn rate is low in Outskirts — repeatable kill quests (lizards, ghosts, scorpions on Precipice) are reliable XP when mainline stalls.

Sweetwater Pass: Giant Dragonfly area boss (red lamp posts from portal). The Grey Hunter sits nearby for Razzande Wernarr's Chests and Poison Touch charm drops.

Masked Warrior spawns on a fixed clock at XX:20 — farm Courage Extract for the Statue Mystery quest while leveling here.

Craft Spirit Alloy at Lv13 (Metals of Spirit quest, Mizuki Sato) — prerequisite for Rebreather and Marsh access.

At Lv25, Whispers signal Shikai/Res/Schrift progress — disengage and press L to meditate.

A Soul Society quest caps your damage output at 25%. At 25% you parry + M1 without killing mobs quickly — the fastest power XP loop in the game (~3 hours to Shikai with Arctic bear camps at Lv40+).

Do not rush the inner-world Shikai/Res boss at low level — wait until Lv40-50 when your build has survivability tools.

Shinigami: farm with Bells puzzle prep. Quincy: Sanrei Glove before Securis. Hollow: Res trial after meditation.

Precipice main quest unlocks Arctic Plains around Lv35. This is the best open-world XP zone until Lv60-70.

Rogue Commander patrols Arctic for Quincy Letz materials — survey around Nix's Cave after main story. Broken Medallion is a rare drop from Commander + minions.

Air Walk tower quest at Lv40 opens vertical mobility for faster routing. Frostvein Shards drop from Arctic missions and random mob kills — complete the Frost Alloy schematic quest for a guaranteed shard.

Securis is the Quincy Schrift gate boss in this zone — not optional for Quincy power unlock.

Dangai zones grant +35% EXP bonus. Cleaner NPC patrols make this a high-risk, high-reward farm — enter only when your build survives ambushes.

Hermit Cave (Arctic side content) is a popular mid-game XP loop for players who have Rebreather and solid parry reads.

Rotate Dangai sessions with Arctic Plains — do not skip quest turn-ins for raw mob grinding.

Strange Essence: ghost cave waterfall, Soul Society Outskirts — Sanrei Glove component (×2).

Broken Medallion: rare drop from Rogue Commander + goons in Arctic Plains — hardest RNG gate for Sanrei craft.

Broken Quincy Medallion: separate item from Broken Medallion — Wandenreich area drops, Sanrei recipe (×1).

Frostvein Shards: Arctic missions + schematic quest (guaranteed one shard). Frost Alloy = 2 Frostvein Shards + 1 Great Soul Essence + 1 Spirit Alloy.

Spirit Alloy: 1 Dark Essence + 3 Soul Essence (Lv13 Metals of Spirit quest). Also sold by Arctic Town merchant.

Rebreather: 1 Spirit Alloy + 1 Scorpion Venom + 1 Lizard Blood (Lv27, Wounded Hunter quest chain from Lv17).

Soul Chain / Soul Essence: Prayer Beads wipe, Hollow Soul craft — farm Outskirts Hollows and mission chests.

Hogyoku Shards: hard missions, Rift chests, Gelum tutorial fragment — 8 shards craft True Hogyoku.

Energy Cell: various drops — required for Spirit Charm merging at Hueco Mundo hidden lab.

Shinigami: Soul Society repeatables → 25% damage loop → Arctic until Bankai prep (Bankai not yet in-game — cap at Schrift-equivalent power).

Quincy: prioritize Strange Essence + Frost Alloy before Arctic push; Rogue Commander medallion farm runs between quests.

Hollow: Hueco Mundo Hollow density beats Outskirts — Menoscar trap at Lv35, Vasto Lorde trial at Lv70 PK.

Mission Tickets: turn in at base for tokens — Sanrei Glove recipe costs 300 Soul Tokens.
