Find Nikla in Fort Adams with a quest marker above her head. Press E to accept the Missing Necklace quest.

Open your quest menu and confirm the quest is actively tracked. This is the #1 reason players get stuck — the blue objective sphere will not appear in Soul Society Outskirts unless tracking is enabled.

Necklace Location

Press U to open world teleport and select Soul Society Outskirts. A large blue glowing sphere appears near your landing point.

The necklace is inside a chest directly beside the blue marker in Sweetwater Pass — not a ground drop. Interact with the chest to collect Nikla's Necklace.
