// Guide Summary

Before your first run: redeem codes (day1 for Clan Rerolls), join Discord/Trello for patch notes, finish the tutorial to learn parry/dodge timing, defeat Gelum for early loot, then pick your permanent race + clan. Press C for all quest markers. Mix main story, daily, world, and homeland quests — never grind one activity alone. Soul Tokens fund skill trees. You get one free build reset before level 20. Shikai/Schrift/Res progression starts at level 25 but unlocks much later.

What Is VV: ULTIMATUM?

VV: ULTIMATUM — Bleach-inspired action RPG on Roblox
VV: ULTIMATUM — Bleach-inspired action RPG on Roblox

VV: ULTIMATUM is a Bleach-inspired action RPG on Roblox built around parry-based combat, faction-specific progression, and quest-driven leveling across multiple worlds.

You choose one of three permanent factions — Quincy, Shinigami (Soul Reaper), or Hollow — each with unique skill trees, power unlocks, and homeland questlines. Over 20 clans add stat modifiers on top of your race choice.

Unlike button-mash anime RPGs, VV rewards timing: dodging, blocking, parrying, and reading attack animations matter from the very first fight. The tutorial and Gelum boss exist specifically to teach this.

Key Tips

  • Permanent race choice after tutorial
  • 20+ clans with stat bonuses
  • Parry timing > button mashing
  • Quest-driven progression across worlds

Codes & Community Resources

Fort Adams spawn — redeem codes after tutorial

Before grinding, bookmark the community hubs. The official Discord posts codes, patch notes, and dev announcements. The community Trello catalogs races, skill trees, locations, bosses, and items in one place.

Active codes like day1 grant Clan Rerolls — use them after choosing your race to hunt better clan stat bonuses. Redeem via the shopping cart icon → Codes tab (requires completing the tutorial first).

The in-game Handbook (received after character creation) answers most mechanic questions. Check it before searching external guides.

  1. 1Join the official VV: ULTIMATUM Discord
  2. 2Bookmark the community Trello board
  3. 3Complete tutorial, then open Shop → Codes
  4. 4Enter active codes (e.g. day1) for Clan Rerolls

Key Tips

  • Codes require tutorial completion
  • Clan Rerolls = free stat upgrades
  • Discord = fastest code announcements
  • Handbook covers most early systems

Tutorial Combat Fundamentals

Tutorial combat — parry and dodge indicators
Tutorial combat — parry and dodge indicators

You spawn in Fort Adams and meet a Helpful Spirit who walks you through controls: M1 attacks, movement, counters, and defensive mechanics. Do not rush this section — early enemies are intentionally weak so you can practice safely.

VV's combat reads closer to Sekiro than Type Soul. Red indicators mean parry (F). Yellow indicators require a dash dodge. Large ground AoE circles mean reposition entirely — standing inside them is how most beginners die.

Use the tutorial NPCs to drill dodging, blocking, countering, and creating space. These habits make Gelum dramatically easier.

Key Tips

  • Red glow = parry (F)
  • Yellow glow = dash dodge
  • AoE circle = move out completely
  • Practice on weak tutorial NPCs first
Boss

Gelum — Your First Boss

Gelum boss fight — first major combat test
Gelum boss fight — first major combat test

After tutorial NPC fights, blue exclamation marks lead to an obelisk that opens the doors to Gelum — the first real boss. Many players underestimate this fight and get stuck for hours.

Watch Gelum's animations before reacting. AoE attacks have visible wind-ups — dodge out instead of panicking. Do not force risky parries if timing feels off; survival beats flashy counters early on.

Use your special abilities whenever safe openings appear. Beginners often save abilities and make the fight twice as long. Gelum drops useful early rewards, so defeating him before leaving Fort Adams is worth the effort.

  1. 1Follow blue exclamation marks to the obelisk
  2. 2Learn AoE wind-up animations
  3. 3Dodge when unsure — do not force parries
  4. 4Use special abilities on cooldown

Key Tips

  • Gelum teaches real combat reads
  • AoE = dodge, not panic mash
  • Use abilities freely — not emergency-only
  • Boss loot helps early progression

Choosing Your Race & Clan

Race selection — Quincy, Shinigami, or Hollow
Race selection — Quincy, Shinigami, or Hollow

After Gelum, you enter character creation: race, clan, appearance, and innate stats (Soul Reaper/Quincy only). This choice is permanent for the character slot.

Quincy is the most beginner-friendly — straightforward quest progression, strong ranged options, and excellent PvE performance. Progression leads to Schrift and Letz Stil through Lieutenant quests.

Shinigami wields a customizable Zanpakuto with Shikai-based progression. Strong utility and Kido options, but some endgame systems (Bankai, Visored) are not yet in the game. Main story + Soul Society missions drive progression.

Hollow is the deepest system — choose a Hollow type (gorilla, lizard, turtle, centipede), evolve through Fishbone → Menos → Adjuchas → Vasto Lorde → Arrancar, and manage Hollow Traits. Innate stats unlock only at Arrancar/Vastocar. Most challenging but most flexible endgame.

Key Tips

  • Quincy = easiest start, strong PvE
  • Shinigami = Kido/Shikai utility path
  • Hollow = deepest progression, hardest start
  • Clan rerolls from codes improve stats

Innate Stats & Build Reset

Skill trees and innate stat allocation
Skill trees and innate stat allocation

Soul Reapers and Quincy pick innate +/- stat modifiers at creation: Metal (posture), Shunpo (stamina/speed), Reserves (Reatsu pool), Haste (cooldowns), Potency (scaling). A bad negative can cripple your build — e.g. negative Metal means posture breaks far faster.

Speed is widely considered the safest skill tree investment regardless of race, because mobility matters in every build. Pair Speed with your race tree: Quincy+Speed, Shinigami+Speed, Hollow+Speed for most setups.

You get exactly one free full build reset before level 20. Use it to fix early mistakes in stat allocation or skill tree choices. After level 20, resets require premium items.

Key Tips

  • Plan innate +/- before confirming
  • Speed tree = safest universal pick
  • One free reset before level 20
  • Negative Metal = fragile posture

Quest Types & Fast Leveling

Soul Society Outskirts — main progression hub
Soul Society Outskirts — main progression hub

After Fort Adams, travel to Soul Society Outskirts where real progression begins. Press C to reveal quest markers — different colors indicate different activity types.

Main story quests are highest priority: largest XP chunks, new location unlocks, and system introductions. If lost, always continue the main story first.

Stack daily quests, world quests, and homeland quests (faction-specific areas) on top of main story. PvP also grants XP but is harder for beginners. Never camp one spot — roaming between villages triggers more encounters and quest opportunities.

A solid daily loop: main story → dailies → world quests → homeland quests → occasional PvP. Mixing sources prevents burnout and levels faster than grinding a single activity.

  1. 1Travel to Soul Society Outskirts
  2. 2Press C — grab every available quest
  3. 3Prioritize main story markers
  4. 4Layer dailies + world + homeland quests

Key Tips

  • C key = quest radar for every zone
  • Main story = biggest XP + unlocks
  • Homeland quests are easy to overlook
  • Mix quest types — never single-grind

Soul Tokens, Skill Trees & Handbook

Soul Tokens and skill tree progression
Soul Tokens and skill tree progression

Soul Tokens are the primary currency for skill tree upgrades and character progression. Earn them naturally through quests, defeating NPCs, and general gameplay — you do not need to farm a specific spot.

Open M for skill trees. Each tree has dozens of nodes with SP costs. Race-specific trees (Quincy, Shinigami, Hollow) unlock faction abilities; universal trees (Speed, Strength, Hakuda, Sense) shape your combat style.

The Handbook received at character creation documents systems, controls, and progression paths. Many beginners ignore it — check the Handbook first whenever confused about a mechanic.

Key Tips

  • Soul Tokens from quests + NPC kills
  • M key = skill tree menu
  • Race tree + Speed = common opener
  • Handbook answers most early questions

Power Progression Preview

Shikai, Schrift, and Resurrección progression
Shikai, Schrift, and Resurrección progression

The flashy endgame powers — Shikai, Bankai, Schrift, Vollständig, Resurrección — are not early-game goals. Many beginners obsess over unlocking them in hour one when they should focus on leveling and learning combat.

Power progression XP begins at level 25 through meditation (L key). However, reaching level 25 does not instantly grant your power — you must continue leveling, meditate repeatedly, and complete faction-specific trials.

Most players obtain their first power (Shikai/Schrift/Res) well after level 25. Treat it as a long-term milestone. Rerolls exist via dailies, codes, and premium items, but most abilities are viable — learn your current power before chasing rerolls.

Key Tips

  • Level 25 = power XP starts, not instant unlock
  • Meditation (L) begins at level 25
  • Full unlock typically around level 40
  • Do not burn rerolls on day one

Spirit Charms & Final Tips

Spirit Charms — build-modifying essences
Spirit Charms — build-modifying essences

Spirit Charms function like rune systems — passive bonuses with tradeoffs. Example: Undying Soul lets you revive after death, but your health drains until you deal damage. Charms encourage distinct playstyles, not just raw stat boosts.

Check Tab for inventory, charms, equipment, and stats. Bank your valuables early — death can randomly delete inventory items. The bank remote quest in Muziki Sato (250 tokens) is a priority once you reach Soul Society.

VV: ULTIMATUM has 14+ hours of quest content in the first arc alone. Take your time learning combat, complete Gelum, pick a race that matches your playstyle, and use the structured guides on this site for optimized leveling routes.

Key Tips

  • Charms = benefits + drawbacks
  • Tab = inventory, charms, gear
  • Bank valuables — death drops items
  • 14+ hours of early quest content
