Quincy Letz prog differs from meditate-only Shikai/Res — you pick star-rated trainer quests (1★ low → 3★ high progress). Stage 1: craft Sanrei Glove (Strange Essence in ghost cave, Broken Medallion from Rogue Commander in Arctic Plains, Frost Alloy schematic quest). Stage 2: equip glove, empty reiatsu, meditate 10-min cycles. Fake Letz → kill Securis boss → 1–3 more Letz missions for real Letz. ~9 hours total.
Trainer Quest Loop (Pre-Glove)
Unlike Shinigami/Hollow meditation prog, Quincy Letz uses interactive trainer quests you can select. Stars indicate progress value: 1★ lowest, 2★ medium, 3★ highest — always pick 3★ when offered.
Main loop: complete trainer missions → check trainer for next quest. If you see 'need more fighting EXP,' go hit mobs, bosses, or players until the message clears, then return.
This message rarely appears if you level naturally alongside Letz quests. Grinding Letz exclusively triggers it — solution is simply get combat hits in.

Stage 1 — Sanrei Glove Craft
Stage 1 unlocks the Sanrei Glove craft. Talk to an unmarked NPC — start from Division 2 (hold C) for consistent pathing shown in AzuluTribe's video.
Strange Essence: ghost cave in Soul Society Outskirts. Broken Medallion: rare drop from Rogue Commander + goons — spawns anywhere in Arctic Plains; survey around Nix's Cave (main story leads you there).
Frost Alloy: complete schematic quest first (guarantees at least one Frost Vein Shard). Craft needs 2 Frost Vein Shards + 1 Great Soul Essence + 1 Spirit Alloy. Shards drop from Arctic missions and random Arctic mob/boss kills.
Once glove is crafted, press L and talk to trainer for your Evo weapon. Hardest part of Letz prog is officially over.

Stage 2 — Glove Meditation Phase
After Evo weapon, keep doing trainer missions until meditation phase triggers. Trainer NPC tells you when — if you press L without glove equipped and it meditates anyway, you're in the meditation stage.
Critical: Sanrei Glove MUST be equipped or you get zero credit. Empty your reiatsu bar completely, then press L to meditate (summons trainer when glove off, meditates when glove on + empty bar).
AzuluTribe recommends a 10-minute timer: empty reiatsu → meditate → repeat for 10 minutes straight. Mind-numbing but fast. After cycles complete, trainer grants Fake Letz — last step before real Letz.

Stage 3 — Securis Boss & Real Letz
Post-Fake Letz, mission marks Securis boss location (compared to God of War's Thor). Fight is straightforward once you arrive — AzuluTribe plays the full encounter in guide.
After defeating Securis, complete 1–3 more Letz trainer missions (never more than 3) to unlock real Letz Stil. Total estimated time ~9 hours from start.
Letz is described as the most fun Quincy power to obtain — interactive quests beat pure meditation, but Sanrei Glove craft throws the main curveball.
